Dr Yann Vaucher
More than 30 years of entrepreneurship and human resources, gained in a range of senior management roles and complemented by continuing education in human development and communication. For more than 15 years, he has supported local SMEs, international companies and public administrations on their journey of change.

An entrepreneur in Switzerland and abroad, he has experienced every stage in the life of a company: acquisition, development, merger, sale and the creation of joint ventures, and has designed their human development strategies. A member of the executive committee of a national professional association and engaged by multinationals, he now sits on four boards of directors, including that of the company holding the rights to Leonardo3.4.5.
Co-author of Tous pour tous (2020) and author of Arrêtez de vous ennuyer ! (2024), published by Éditions Amalthée (in French).

Dr Christa Muth
Professor emerita at a Swiss university of applied sciences (formerly HEIG-VD), she spent nearly 20 years consulting for public organisations and companies of all sizes, often on high-stakes assignments. Her lever of choice: people and organisational culture, rather than visible factors alone.
Trained alongside thinkers such as Edgar Morin, Paul Watzlawick and Henri Laborit, she designed the Master of Advanced Studies in Human Systems Engineering and was the principal designer of Leonardo3.4.5, as part of a European research project.
