We attach great importance to protecting your personal data. This page explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people located in the European Union, on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data we process
- When you visit: IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser and device type. This technical data is recorded by our hosting provider to keep the website running and secure.
- When you write to us (contact form, “Organisational consulting” form, email): first name, last name, email, phone, organisation, type of enquiry and the content of your message.
- When you book a meeting online: the information entered in the booking tool (name, email, chosen time slot, message).
- As part of an assignment (coaching, training, consulting, Leonardo3.4.5 profiles): the data needed to provide the service. It is treated in strict confidence and shared only with the people you have authorised.
Why we use it
- to answer your enquiries and arrange a first conversation;
- to prepare, deliver and invoice our services;
- to keep the website secure and running properly;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, if you have agreed to this.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for any other purpose.
Our service providers
We work with carefully selected service providers who process your data on our behalf:
- SwissCenter / OpenBusiness SA (Lausanne, Switzerland): website and email hosting.
- HubSpot, Inc. (United States, data hosted in the European Union): “Organisational consulting” form, chat bubble, customer relationship management and, with your consent, audience measurement.
- Appointlet (United States): online meeting booking.
Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland and the European Union. In such cases, the transfer is covered by recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, as well as a technical cookie (messagesUtk) that allows the HubSpot chat bubble to work. HubSpot audience measurement cookies (__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc) are only set with your consent, given in the “Statistics” category of the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The fonts used on the website are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Share buttons
The share buttons (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email) are simple links built into the website, with no scripts or cookies from these networks. No data is sent to them unless you click. If you click, you are taken to the chosen network, and its own privacy policy then applies.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry or carry out our assignment, then for the period required by law (for example 10 years for accounting records). Technical visit data is deleted after a short period.
Security
The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it, and our service providers are bound by confidentiality.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. Simply write to us at info@inter-com.ch.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, in the European Union, the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example if our services or the law change. The version published on this page applies.
